At The Hatchett Group, we believe organizations don't need more technology—they need better strategies, stronger systems, and intelligent solutions that produce measurable results. Our mission is to help clients eliminate complexity, recover lost revenue opportunities, optimize operations, strengthen leadership, and build organizations positioned for sustainable growth in an AI-driven world.
We believe no organization should lose revenue, clients, or momentum because their systems, strategy, or leadership couldn't keep up. Our mission is to equip businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations with the strategy, systems, and support they need to grow — sustainably and at scale.
Every engagement starts with a deep understanding of what's actually holding your organization back. Then we build the strategy, systems, and support to move you forward.

Charlease M. Hatchett is the Managing Partner and Chief AI Transformation Strategist of The Hatchett Group, LLC, where she partners with her husband,
J. Harold Hatchett III, to help businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, government contractors, and community organizations eliminate operational bottlenecks, recover lost revenue, strengthen leadership, optimize performance, and strategically implement AI and intelligent automation to maximize return on investment (ROI) and deliver measurable business results.
With more than 25 years of leadership, operations, program management, and organizational development experience, Charlease has served organizations across healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, long-term care, nonprofit leadership, ministry, community organizations, and international volunteer services throughout the United States and the United Kingdom.
Her expertise bridges business strategy with operational execution, helping organizations streamline operations, modernize workflows, improve customer experiences, and implement AI as a practical business solution—not simply another technology investment.
Her diverse professional background provides a unique perspective on how organizations operate—and where they unknowingly lose time, money, productivity, and opportunity. Today, she combines that experience with AI strategy, intelligent automation, and operational systems to help organizations work smarter, improve efficiency, recover lost revenue opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and build scalable organizations prepared for long-term growth.
In addition to her role at The Hatchett Group, Charlease is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Connected Through Cancer Foundation, creator of the Combat Ready Cancer Ministry at Fallbrook Church in Houston, serves on the Patient & Family Advisory Council for the Dan L. Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center, and collaborates with organizations including MD Anderson Cancer Center, The Rose, and Texas Southern University to advance health equity and community impact.
A survivor of Non-Hodgkin's Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma, Charlease brings the same resilience and determination that defined her personal journey into every client engagement. Her philosophy is simple:
"It's not what you go through. It's how you go through it."
She believes the most successful organizations are built on strong leadership, intelligent systems, operational excellence, and a willingness to embrace innovation with purpose.

Have questions about working with The Hatchett Group? Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most.
The Response Engine™ is an AI-powered response system that immediately engages inbound inquiries, qualifies prospects, and routes them to the right person or calendar — ensuring businesses never miss opportunities due to delayed responses.
It's designed for service-based businesses that rely on consultations, appointments, or inbound inquiries — including real estate, legal, consulting, healthcare, and facilities management.
When someone calls or submits an inquiry, the system immediately engages them, asks structured qualification questions, then routes the inquiry or books an appointment with the right team member.
No. It handles initial intake and qualification so your staff can focus on high-value work like consultations and closing clients.
Implementation begins with a 4–6 week discovery phase, then systems are deployed within 7–14 business days.
Faster response times, more qualified conversations, and fewer missed opportunities because every inquiry is engaged immediately.
Strategy. Systems. Transformation.
